IDPA is proud to announce the addition of a new logo!  For some time, I have had members tell me that they wished they could publicly display their IDPA pride but can’t. Some members feel uncomfortable wearing clothing that displays a gun out in public, saying that they don’t like advertising they may be carrying a gun and others (like my wife, a school teacher) can't wear images of guns in their place of business or elsewhere. The new logo was designed to allow members to display their pride in membership without the thoughts of undue public scrutiny or running afoul of laws or work place regulations. This new logo will be a great accompaniment to our existing logo. The old logo is still the official emblem of IDPA and will continue to grace our publications, official documents, materials and Pro Shop items. The new logo will allow our members to mix and match the two logos in the ways that work best for their particular needs.
