2018 IDPA Far East Open Championship

General Information
Welcome all shooters!!! This is the first time IDPA FAR EAST has been held. We have invited IDPA World Champion shooter Robert Vogel to join this event! In addition, we are looking forward to participants from eight different countries, Thailand, USA, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Philippines, etc. We hope you will join us as well to celebrate this first annual IDPA Far East match!!

1. Date and location
a. Registration: September 1st to October 1st, 2018. Registration after October 1st will incur additional handling charges
b. IDPA Match Date: Oct. 28th, 2018.
c. Location of the match: Navamintra Shooting Range, Chonburi, Thailand
d. Division: SSP, ESP, CDP, CCP and REV; PCC and BUG will not be allowed.
e. Official Match: All shooters attending Sunday IDPA scoring match must have valid IDPA membership and at least one classifier(s) within the past 12 months; please refer to IDPA online database.
f. Non sanction Match: SPD division will include all non IDPA legal handgun and equipment and shooters will not be required to have a valid IDPA membership nor a recorded classifier. This match will be held on October 27th, 2018.

2. Rules
Pease refer to International Defensive Pistol Association. IDPA 2017 Rule(V2017.2).

3. Prize
a. The most accurate shooter” will be given to shooter who has the least PD and no HNT.
b. “Law enforcement shooter” will be given to the law enforcement shooter who has the best score.
c. “Lady” will be given to the female shooter who has the best score.
d. Banquet will be held shortly after the conclusion of the match
e. The scores will be announced 45 minutes after the conclusion of the match, all shooter have 45 minutes to voice any scoring discrepancy with match director, award ceremony will be held after the scores are announced.
f. Award for SPD division shooters will be provided by Navamintra Shooting Range.

4. F&B
a. F&B will be provided during award ceremony.
b. anquet will be held at the site of the match.
c. Alcoholic drinks are permitted after the match is completed; there is a possibility of DQ if shooter has not completed the match even though the firearm has been cleared.

5. Ammunition Restrictions
a. Foreign firearm and ammunition import license are not provided.
b. Firearms are rented from local clubs; calibers are limited.
c. For international shooters, please contact IDPA Far East if there is any question related to firearms and ammunition.

6. Pre-match practice and classifier for international shooters
a. For international shooters, issue related to pre-match practice, inclusive of firearms, ammunition and range, please contact IDPA Far East.
b. Classifiers will be opened to shooters registered to the match on Thursday, October 25th and Friday, October 26th.

7. Match Fee
a. USD 150 per person for international shooters, it includes registration fee, souvenir and banquet. Travel expense, firearms and ammunition cost are not included.
b. Late registration fee is 150.00 per shooter and additional 50.00 handling fee. Late registration ends on 10/15/2018

Special Note: All competitors are responsible for the shots fired by them. They shall not make any claims from the competition organizers and/or any related association. All competitors are responsible for providing their own insurance. All participants need to be an IDPA International Member to shoot the offical match on 2018/10/28. Max capacity is limited to 150 pax total for this year’s offical match.

一、比賽資訊：
1. 登記日期：即日起至2018年10月1日止；10月1日之後註冊將產生額外的手續費。
2. 正式授權賽日期：2018年10月28日(星期日)。
3. 地點：泰國春武里府Navamin Shooting Range。
4. 預計進行SSP、ESP、CDP、CCP及REV共計5組；不開放PCC及BUG組。
5. 成績登錄：必需為IDPA有效會員資格，並在一年內進行射手分級(以IDPA官網資料庫為準。
6. 為推廣IDPA競賽，SPD組將包括所有非IDPA合法手槍和設備，並且射手不需要擁有有效的IDPA會員資格或分級成績，這場比賽將於2018年10月27日舉行。

二、引用規則：
依國際防衛手槍協會（IDPA）2017年最新版規則執行。

三、獎項說明：
1. 將依IDPA規則依各組別頒予獎項。
2. 「最精準」獎項將頒發給用最少PD，並沒有HNT的射手。
3. 「執法射手」獎項將頒給執法人員最優績成績射手。
4. 「女士」獎將頒發給女性最優成績射手。
5. 頒獎典禮及餐會將在比賽會場結束後舉行。
6. 比賽成績公佈後45分鐘，所有射手都將有45分鐘與賽事主辦人針對分數提出異議，逾時則不得提出及修改。
7. SPD組獎項將由主辦單位Navamin Shooting Range製作頒發。

四、飲食準備：
1. 頒獎典禮時將提供參賽射手之飲食。
2. 晚宴將在比賽場地同步舉辦。
3. 酒精類飲料將在比賽結束後被許可，但如果未完成並已清理武器則飲用，將會面對DQ的可能性。

五、槍械彈藥：
本次競賽將不提供槍械彈藥境外輸入許可申請；槍械採當地俱樂部將提供有限度的口徑選擇之槍械租用，國際射手如有槍械租用及彈藥問題歡迎洽詢IDPA Far East。

六、國際射手先期練習及射手分級需求：
1. 國際射手如果先期練習需求(含槍、彈、場地)，可洽詢主辦單位IDPA Far East。
2. 將於2018年10月26日(五)至10月28日(六)另有分級測驗靶場，將開放提供已報名本次比賽射手進行分級並登錄成績。

七，費用
1. 國際射手個人報名費：150美元/人(已包含比賽報名費用、紀念品及2018年10月28日頒獎晚宴餐費；未包含旅費、槍彈相關費用)。
2. 逾2018年10月1日後之延遲註冊，除原註冊費用150美元外，將加收額外50美元之手續費；延遲註冊於2018年10月15日截止。
