ABOUT
Club Profile – the Royal Canadian Military Institute is a Club located in downtown Toronto, Canada, dedicated to the study of international military history and activities. The members are active and retired military and police personnel. The Club is affiliated with many clubs worldwide.
The Pistol Club is made up of RCMI members. The Club conducts most of its range activities at Canadian Forces Base Borden, about 1 hour North of Toronto. Borden maintains the largest number of training facilities in the Canadian Armed Forces. Because Borden is a federal facility, special Authorizations To Transport restricted and prohibited firearms to the Base are required to be issued. (Standard ATTs issued to RPAL holders in Ontario do not cover Transport to federal facilities.)
During the winter months, the Club practices and trains at indoor ranges in Southern Ontario.
