Welcome!
Discover the features and technology that set Appalachian Gun Range apart from the rest. With our higher standards and state-of-the-art technology, we offer a premium range. NRA certified instructors conduct courses for the beginner as well as the more advanced shooter, including courses for instructors to continue building their NRA instructor certifications. Most programs will include classroom time and time on the range. We offer IDPA & Bowling Pin matches, women’s shooting groups as well as special events.
We are dedicated to gun safety and responsibility through professionally certified instruction and practical competitive shooting focused on defensive tactics with carry gear.

IDPA match days, dates, and hours are soon to be established . When they are decided upon, the Safety Mtg begins @ 5:30P! Mandatory attendance is required by all shooters. First shot is at 6:00P, if the set up and the Safety Meeting is completed.
Set up help is highly appreciated! Please arrive as close to 4:30P as possible. Set up must be completed prior to the Safety Meeting if we are to begin shooting on time.
An "Introduction To IDPA", classroom & live fire is also being rescheduled and announced when decided upon. All shooters who have not shot an IDPA Match at the Appalachian Gun Range are required to attend and successfully complete this class prior to shooting an IDPA match at the Appalachian Gun Range.
