Arkansas Combat Pistol League (ACPL)

ACPL is the very first IDPA club and has been running continuously since 1996. This is where IDPA was born. Come visit and have a great time shooting with us. Membership in the ACPL is open to anyone who can legally possess a handgun. Visit our website to complete your membership form, then print it and mail it to the address at the top of the form. To promote our club and shooting sports we let prospective members shoot their first match at no charge. At ACPL, we appreciate our Safety Officers, as they are instrumental to the success of any match. Safety Officer?s responsibilities include: assisting match participants shooting the course of fire, insuring the match flows smoothly and, most importantly, educating shooters in safe gun handling practices. In addition to promoting the shooting sports, for every three matches you work as an SO, your name is put in a raffle for a $500 gun Gift Certificate at the year-end ACPL club meeting and banquet. So even if you are a new to our club please ask about becoming a Safety Officer. Any ACPL board member or SO will be happy to talk to you. This is a chance to influence your favorite sport and have some FUN!!!
