Jefferson County Sportsmen?s Association (JCSA) 112 Gun Club Rd Port Townsend, WA 98368 The Jefferson County Sportsmen?s Association operates a shooting range near the beautiful Victorian seaport town of Port Townsend, Washington. We?re located on a 40-acre parcel at 112 Gun Club Road just south of the city and operate by special license with Jefferson County. The gun club has been providing safe shooting sport activities since 1962 in the same location including Trap Shooting, Pistol, Rifle and Archery.
