3. Sponsors:
Businesses that are interested in sponsoring IDPA matches are very welcome to contact IDPA Taiwan directly. Representatives will be sent for introduction on the match.

4. Time and location:

A. Registration: October 20, 2022 to November 30, 2022. Additional charges may incurred for registration after November 30.
B. Match date:
December 23, 2022 (Friday) staff pre-shoot (not open to public)
December 24, 2022 (Saturday) match day 1 (open)
December 25, 2022 (Saturday) match day 1 (open) & award ceremony

5. Match site: Pingtung County Gym

6. Division: a total of 8 divisions including SSP, ESP, CDP, CCP, REV, CO, PCC (10), and SPD. BUG will not be allowed.
A. IDPA members and ranks: Shooters must have valid IDPA membership. Shooters must be classified with airsoft classifier rules (classifications could be done before the match).
B. Non IDPA members: to promote IDPA matches, SPD division will include all shooters with non-IDPA qualified gears, invalid membership shooters and shooters with no classification. Scores will not be included in other divisions nor shooter will be awarded.
Rules: please refer to the latest International Defensive Pistol Association rulebook

7. Prizes: prizes will be referred to IDPA rulebook by division
A. The most accurate shooter\” will be given to shooter who has the least PD and no HNT of all shooters using iron sight.
B. The most accurate shooter\” will be given to shooter who has the least PD and no HNT of all shooters using optics.
C. Iron sight championship
D. Optic championship
E. \”Law enforcement shooter\” will be given to the law enforcement shooter who has the best score.
F. \”Military shooter\” will be given to the Military shooter who has the best score.
G. \”Lady\” will be given to the female shooter who has the best score.
H. \”Teenage\” will be given to the teenager shooter under 16 and has the best score.
I. Senior will be given to the senior shooter, who is over 65 and has the best score.
J. International will be given to the international shooter who has the best score.
K. College will be given to the college shooter who has the best score among college clubs.
L. High School will be given to the high school shooter who has the best score among high school clubs.
M. Novice will be given to the shooter who became a IDPA member within one year and has the best score.
N. Club tournament will be given to the six shooters nominated by each club. (this list cannot be changed two weeks prior to the match). The score of the four best shooters will be summed up to compete with other clubs for the tournament. Clubs will be automatically disqualified when having less than four shooters due to DQ/DNF.
O. Award ceremony and F&B will take place after the match.
P. Appeals are accepted within 60 minutes after scores being published. No appeals will be accepted later than the assigned time.
Q. Special rule for MIL/LE shooters
Firearms divisions: SSP ONLY. In-service type pistols are recommended.
Gears for LE shooters: duty gears are recommended with holster (level I retention or more), duty belt, cuff with holster, and stick with holster. Shooters who meet the requirements above are excluded from conceal carry.
Gears for MIL shooters: duty gears are recommended with holster (level I retention or more) and duty belt. Shooters who meet the requirements above are excluded from conceal carry.
Clothing: uniforms are recommended with duty pants and shoes required. Tops and be personal.
R. Teenage shooters with the ago under 14 must gain approval with paperwork from legal representatives.
S. Awards will be given by IDPA Taiwan. Please refer to IDPA Taiwan for any updates on the awards.

8. Award ceremony and F&B
A. Award ceremony will be held after the match on December 25, 2022.
B. Shooters are welcome to attend with free of charge. Match clothing or smart casual style will be required. Tickets will be required for shooters accompanies.
C. Due to Coronavirus, lunch boxes will be provided by match organizer.

9. Firearms and ammunition: ONLY R.O.C. legal airsoft guns are allowed. Shooters are to prepare their own firearms. International shooters are welcome to contact the organizer for assistance.

10. International shooters\’ pre-match practice and any relevant training needs: for international shooters, please consult match organizer if there is any pre-match practice needs, inclusive of guns, ammos and sites.

11. Businesses and sales: please contact match organizer.

12. Match Fee
A. Individual: NTD 5,500 per person.
B. Special discount: NTD 5,000 for military shooter, law enforcement shooters, female shooters teenage shooters, high school/ college shooters and senior shooters. Please bring valid ID for ID verification. Fail to ID will be charged as walk-ins..
C. Early bird discount:
Registered and paid prior to November 5, 2022 comes with NTD 4,500 per person; same rule applied to special discount shooters. Register between November 5 and 26 comes with a flat NTD 5,500 per person (NTD 5,000 for special discount personnel).
D. Registration after November 30, 2022: NTD 6,000 per person
E. Walk-ins: NTD 7,000 per person (vacancy not guaranteed)
F. The fee includes registration fee, souvenir and banquet. Travel expense, firearms and ammunition cost are not included.
G. Appeal: NTD 3,000 per appeal. Fees are to be paid before appealing.
H. Accommodation and travel discounts will be later provided by match organizer.

13. Pandemic control: comply with CECC policies.
