The 2018 Sand Gnat Challenge BUG/CCP match is on for 21 April. Match staff will shoot on the 20th. We're looking for sponsors for the match... email me or contact me via Facebook. BUG will be Semi-Auto only. Concealment will be required. You will need handgun, Strong-side Hip Holster (IWB/OWB), and magazines plus mag carriers. Refer to the rule book for BUG and CCP division requirements. Equipment check will be mandatory. Anyone signing up for BUG and their handgun doesn't fit the box with BUG inserts will be moved to CCP. Chronograph will not be mandatory, but we will have one available. We use Practiscore for scoring. https://practiscore.com/clubs/17-south-rod-and-gun-club The match will be $100 per shooter. We will have 13 stages. Round counts and stages will be published on 16 April. Directions to the range: From I-95,GA Exit 87 (Richmond Hill). Take a LEFT onto HWY 17. Go 6 miles, 100 yards PAST HWY 196, turn left into the range. Registration will be at the clubhouse back patio starting at 7am. Safety briefing at 7:45 in front of Bay 3 & 4. First shots NLT 8:15. Last shots to be determined. After the last shots, we will publish the results to Practiscore.com. 1 hour arbitration will start. The clubhouse will be open for beverages and food immediately after the match. Alcohol is available after the arbitration period.
