The 6th Annual Rollin on the River IDPA Championship will be held at the Little River Sportsman’s Association Action Pistol Range in Valdosta, GA. We hope you will join us for another fantastic match!
RANGE INFORMATION

-Location: 19925 Valdosta Hwy, Valdosta, GA 31602 (1.4 miles West of I-75, Exit 18)
COMPETITION DATES
-Thursday March 8th, 2025 is for Executive Staff (AC, SC, MD, AMDs) ONLY.
-Friday, March 7th , 2025 is for Staff shooters. There will be some slots for competitors to shoot with staff on Friday, on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Saturday, March 8th and Sunday March 9th, 2025 are for competitors shooting.
-The rain date for this match is April 10th -13th, 2025. If the range experiences severe weather, that will be the fallback dates for the match. Please keep that in mind, the refund policy will remain in effect for any weather issues. Plan accordingly.
-Registration will open September 16th, 2024 at 9:00 EST.
-Match Fee – $125 (includes match registration, lunch, and match t-shirt)
-The ROTR IDPA Championship a twelve stage (10 Scenario, Warmup, Cooldown, and Chrono/EQ Check) Tier 4 match. Shooters will receive three points towards their IDPA Nationals Registration.
-All IDPA Divisions are welcome, SSP, CCP, ESP, CDP, CO, REV, BUG, and PCC.
-Lunch will be served during the match. It will be a sack/box style lunch. We will not be having lunch trays this year, that was only due to the nature of last years unforeseen rescheduling. Please see registration form below for details. Please note: lunch selection may change and shooters will be notified if it affects your options.
-Please select ONLY ONE subcategory per the Match Administration Rules, paragraph M-5.4.
-Registration changes will lock on Feb. 1st, 2025.
-Special Safety Rule: Shooters will not shoot at steel targets or steel hard cover at less than 10 yards.
-REFUND POLICY
This policy will clearly explain what the refund policy means and its impact on you as a shooter. Our goal is to provide more of an impact on our chosen charity, the Red Carpet Foundation of Georgia and we hope that you can understand our position. By registering you are choosing to donate $25 by registering, and refunds cost us $5 to refund. RCF of GA allocates volunteers based on the registration and we will allocate those funds to the charity as we receive registration.
Therefore: If you cannot attend the match after you have registered and paid, then you have 3 choices:
1. Withdraw by Jan 31, 2025 and receive a refund in the amount of $95. This is the $125 minus the $25 charity donation.
2. You can attempt to sell or transfer your slot to another shooter. In this case DO NOT WITHDRAW USING PRACTISCORE. We will play no part in that transaction except to change the shooter information to the new competitor. If we sell out and have a waiting list AND we are aware that you want to sell/transfer your slot, we will put you in touch with the first person on the waiting list. You get to make the deal and tell us that we can change the shooter information.
3. If you withdraw your registration after Feb. 1, 2025, we will honor that, withdraw your registration and then immediately delete it to open it up for another competitor should one be available. There will be no refund.
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. In order to process a refund, we utilize Stripe which takes 3-5 business days to process after the accountant has been notified. Please wait 7 business days to receive your refund before contacting us.
SQUADDING
-Shooters will be automatically approved to squad in the order that they are registered.
-Reasonable accommodation will be made to manage squads, but please attempt to squad yourself in your preferred squad before registration changes lock.
PRIZES
-Raffle Prizes will be split between both days evenly. There will be a drawing for each day with each days competitors entered to win from the prize pool. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
AWARDS
– Awards will be based on number of competitors in each Division/Class according to IDPA rules.
-The awards ceremony will take place on Sunday as soon as the protest period has ended. If you will not be present, please make arrangements to have your award picked up. If you cannot make such arrangements, there will be a shipping fee of $10 for any award or prize not picked up by the end of the awards ceremony.
LODGING
-There are several hotels nearby in Valdosta, GA. At this time, there is no official match hotel. Rates vary from $80/night and up.
-RV Accommodations are available at the Riverpark RV campground, 1 mile from the range. For rates, go to http://www.riverparkvaldosta.com/
-If you have a totally self-contained RV, we have 5-10 spaces available at no charge. First come, first served. Camping is also permitted on the same basis.
